摘 要:基于离子液体对羊毛的溶胀性能和蛋白酶的催化性能,本文将离子液体应用于蛋白酶的防毡缩整理,用于获得更高效的防毡缩整理方法。先研究了三种离子液体(HEMIM-[N(SO2CF3)2],[Emim]Br和[Emim]Ac)对SAV蛋白酶催化性能的影响。结果表明:在45℃长时间保温的条件下,[Emim]Br和[Emim]Ac有利于促进SAV蛋白酶的活性和热稳定性,其中[Emim]Br能使SAV蛋白酶的活性提高25%。最后将催化效果最好的[Emim]Br作为SAV蛋白酶整理的催化剂,研究其对防毡缩整理效果的影响,实验表明离子液体对SAV蛋白酶羊毛防毡缩整理具有催化效果,是酶处理羊毛防毡缩整理中较为理想的反应介质。Based on the swelling property and catalytic performance of ionic liquid on wool,the ionic liquid was applied to the anti-felting finishing of protease in order to acquire more efficient anti-felting finishing method. The influence of three kinds of ionic liquid( HEMIM-[N( SO2CF3)2],[Emim]Br and [Emim]Ac)on catalytic performance of SAV protease was studied. The results showed that [Emim]Br and [Emim]Ac were helpful to promote the activity and thermal stability of SAV protease at 45℃,and [Emim]Br could improve the activity of SAV protease by 25%. The influence of [Emim]Br on wool anti-felting finishing effect was studied by taking [Emim]Br with best catalytic effect as catalyst for SAV protease finishing. The experiment results displayed that ionic liquid had catalytic effect on wool anti-felting finishing with SAV protease,which was the ideal reaction medium when enzyme was used to treat wool anti-felting finishing.
