摘 要:根据国内某钢厂单流板坯连铸中间包工艺及设备条件,本文利用1∶2水模型研究了挡墙、挡坝位置、挡坝高度以及导流孔倾角对中间包内钢液流动行为的影响。实验结果表明:增大挡墙、挡坝间距,挡坝对钢液流股的抬升作用减弱,挡墙与挡坝间距较小,挡坝高度较高时,挡坝对钢液流股的抬升作用较强,较强的流股抬升作用不利于形成有效的表面流;增大挡墙、挡坝与浸入式水口的距离,中间包内钢液平均停留时间先减小、后增大、再减小,出现峰值现象;增大挡坝导流孔倾角有利于延长钢液在中间包内的停留时间;获得的最优控流装置参数是:挡墙、挡坝间距为450 mm,挡坝距中间包浸入式水口中心距离为1 160 mm,挡坝高度280 mm,挡坝导流孔倾角30°,对应的中间包内模拟钢液平均停留时间为6.23 min,实际的钢液停留时间为8.81min。According to the process and equipment conditions of the single-flow slab tundish in a domestic steel plant,a 1∶2 water model of tundish was established to study the influences of the position of the dam and weir, the height of the dam and the angle of holes in the dam on the flow behavior of liquid steel. The experimental results show that the increase of the spacing between the weir and the dam, the lifting effect of the dam on the liquid steel flow weakens. When the distance between the weir and the dam is relatively smaller and the height of the dam is relatively higher, the lifting effect of the dam on the liquid steel flow may be too strong, which is not conducive to the formation of effective surface flow in tundish. With the increase of the distance between the dam and the submerged entry nozzle, the residence time of liquid steel in tundish decreases first, then increases, and then decreases, and there is a peak value. The increase of the inclination of the diversion hole in the dam can help to prolong the residence time of the liquid steel in the tundish. The optimal flow control parameters are that the distance between the weir and the dam is 450 mm, the spacing between the dam and the submerged entry nozzle is 1 160 mm, the height of the dam is 280 mm, and the inclination of the diversion hole in the dam is 30°. The corresponding residence time of the modeling liquid steel in tundish model is 6.230 min and the actual residence time of the liquid steel in tundish is 8.81 min.
