在微乳液离子液体协同作用下测定碳钢中的磷

摘  要:应用分光光度法,研究了O/W型微乳液OP/n-C_5H_(11)OH/n-C_7H_(16)/H_2O与氯代1-丁基3-甲基咪唑离子液体协同作用下,孔雀绿-磷钼酸显色反应。在20℃下确定了显色反应的最大吸收波长,显色稳定时间,微乳液与离子液体的比例以及用量,硫酸、钼酸铵、孔雀绿的用量。得到的线性回归方程为y=0.180 1x-0.015 7,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.4×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),磷含量在0.2~6.0μg/25 m L符合比尔定律。该方法的检出限为:5.8×10^(-6)g/L。用于5种碳钢中磷含量的测定,相对标准偏差小于3%。Synergistic effect of the O/W microemulsion OP/n-C5H11OH/n-C7H16/H2O and chlorinated 1-butyl 3-methyl imidazole ionic liquids on malachite green-phosphorus molybdenum heteropoly acid chromogenic reaction was studied by spectrophotometric method. The stability time of the color reaction, the best proportion of microemulsion and the ionic liquids and the best dosage of microemulsion and ionic liquid mixture and the optimal dosage of sulfuric acid, ammonium molybdate and malachite green were researched and decided by the maximum absorption wavelength of reactions under the conditions of 20 ℃ in the experiment. The linear regression equation was obtained as y=0.180 1x-0.015 7 and the molar absorption coefficient was 1.4 ×105L·mol-1·cm-1, Beer’s law was obeyed in the concentration range of 0.26.0 μg/25 m L P.Detection limits of method is 5.8 ×10-6g/L. Relatively standard deviation of the method is less than 3% in the determination of phosphorus contenton for five kinds of carbon steel samples.
