摘 要:为研究导弹发射时格栅式贮运发射箱易碎易裂盖自动开盖技术,文中建立了导弹和贮运发射箱二维模型,并求解非定常、雷诺平均Navier-Stokes(RANS)方程组和RNG k-ε湍流模型方程。结果表明:在格栅干扰下,燃气射流在冲破后盖过程中产生了更加强烈的扰动波;扰动波以超音速向前流动,并在前盖产生压力峰;扰动波速度和前盖压力峰值均与其强度正相关。仿真结果和试验相符,表明格栅式贮运发射箱自动开盖技术具有工程应用价值。In order to study the auto-opening cover technology of the fragile cover of grid type storage and transportation launcher when missile launched, the 2D models of missile and launcher were established, and the unsteady Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS)equation set and RNG k-ε turbulence model equation were solved. The simulation results showed that under the interference of the grille, a more intense disturbance wave was generated when the gas jet broken the post-cover. And the disturbance wave flowed forward at supersonic speed, which formed a pressure peak at the front cover. And the disturbance wave velocity and the peak pressure of the front cover were positively correlated with the intensity. The simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results, which showed that the auto-opening cover technology of fragile cover of grid type storage and transportation launcher had engineering application value.
