摘  要:通过实验测量的方法,对翻折领制图尺寸进行定量,利用SPSS统计软件对三维数字化人体互动测量获得的数据,进行偏相关性分析,得出表征翻折领肩部立体造型的角度—领座与肩线夹角;并对翻折领底线下弯量与表征肩部立体造型的特征量进行回归分析,建立起翻折领底线下弯量和领座与肩线夹角间的数学回归模型,实现翻折领结构的快捷、准确绘制,也为探究其他领型的纸样设计与立体造型之间的变化规律提供了新的想法。Through the experiment measurement method, the drawing size of the fold-over collar is quantified. The angle of collar stand and shoulder line, namely the angle of three-dimensional modeling of the fold-over collar shoulder, is obtained, using the software SPSS to implement the data measured by 3-D digital human interaction for the partial correlation analysis. Then the regression analysis is put into practice between the bending amount of the turn collar baseline and the characteristic quantity of three-dimensional modeling of the fold-over collar shoulder. And the mathematical regression model of the bending amount of the turn collar baseline and the angle of collar stand and shoulder line is established to draw the structure of turn collar fast and accurately, which also provides the new idea of probing the variable law of other collars' pattern design and stereoscopic modeling.
