摘  要:[目的]碳限制会影响到树木生长和一系列生理功能,但目前我们还不了解碳限制植物解除碳摄取障碍后的恢复时间和恢复过程中的生长、碳素分配和抗旱能力的变化,这也限制我们对碳限制植物的恢复的全面理解。[方法]本研究以三年生侧柏苗为研究对象,通过2个月的95%遮阴造成树木的碳限制,检测了处理结束后及第二年秋季的树高、基径、生物量分配及根和茎的非结构性碳浓度,同时检测了碳限制侧柏经历冬季后的叶枯尖比例。[结果]经过两个月的重度遮阴后,植物不同部位的生长均受到限制,尤其根系生物量较对照有较大程度的降低,根和茎木质部NSC显著降低,冬季叶尖干枯比例显著增加,到第二年秋季,植物的树高、基径、根茎叶生物量显著低于对照,根NSC浓度显著低于对照,茎NSC浓度与对照无显著差异。[结论]以上结果表明碳限制会影响到植物的生长,尤其对根的生长影响更大,在经历一个生长季后,这种影响仍没有完全恢复,碳限制植物的恢复是一个超过一年的较长时间过程。[Objective]Carbon limitation can affect tree growth and physiological functions. However, we knew little a- bout how long trees take to recover from carbon limitation and the changes of growth, carbon allocation and cold hard-ness during recovering. [Methods]This study was conducted on 3-year-old Platycladus orientalis seedlings who were exposed to carbon limitation by 2-mounth 95% sunlight shading. Height, basal diameter, biomass allocation and non- structural carbohydrates (NSC) concentration were detected after shading treatment. And the ration of leaf apex die-off over winter was also detected. [Results]Tree growth in all of organs was constrained after shading treatment, with root system more severer compared to control. NSC in root and branch was significantly reduced and the ration of leaf apex die-off increased after shading. In the fall of the second year, height, basal diameter and biomass in root, stem and leaf were significantly lower than that of control. Root NSC was also lower relative to control, and there was no significant difference between stem and control in stem NSC. [Conclusion]Results suggested that carbon limitation constrained tree growth, especially root system. This effect could not be relieved over one growing season. It may take more than one year for plants to recover from carbon limitation.
