摘 要:当下,随着日益严格的油耗法规实施,越来越多的发动机采用涡轮增压、VVT、VVL技术。使用AVL boost软件,建立某增压汽油机热力学分析模型。进行以下分析:根据不同性能目标,选取不同增压器进行匹配计算;分析不同转速下进排气VVT相位移动对于发动机性能的影响;同时通过分别使用传统高升程进气型线和低升程进气VVL型线,分析进气型线改变对低速部分负荷油耗,泵气损失功以及缸内残余废气量的影响。结果表明:采用小的涡轮机和压气机,合理设置进排气VVT重叠角度,可有效提高中低速全负荷扭矩;在发动机低速小负荷区域,采用进气VVL技术,可以使低速小负荷油耗显著降低,同时可以降低发动机进气凸轮轴的摩擦功。With the implementation of increasingly stringent fuel consumption regulations, more and more engines are applying turbo charger, VVT and VVL technologies. The thermodynamic model is built for small displacement turbocharger gasoline engine using AVL BOOST software. According to the perform- ance target, different types of turbocharger have been matched and intake & exhaust VVT timing are opti- mized for the engine performance. Influence to the part load fuel consumption, PMEP and residual ex- haust gas ratio by using intake VVL (variable valve lift) and conventional high intake valve lift is ana- lyzed. Simulation results show that: small turbine and compressor are useful for the low end torque of WOT condition ; the overlap of intake & exhaust valve timing plays important role on the low end torque, and the base valve timing should be properly defined;the fuel consumption in the low speed and low load area has decreased by using intake VVL and optimizing the intake and exhaust VVT phase ;furthermore, the friction torque driving the intake cam lobe decreases for the use of intake VVL.
