摘　　要：目的:总结出庆阳市H型高血压发病的特点。方法:选择自2012年6月至2014年12月庆阳市中医医院、庆阳市人民医院、西峰区人民医院进行健康体检的人群及门诊病人;随机抽取1683名作为研究对象,筛选出原发性高血压472例,其中H型高血压362例。对1683例研究对象从年龄、性别、文化程度、体重、饮食习惯、遗传因素、体育锻炼、分级、知晓率、控制达标率及中医体质辨识等多个方面进行数据统计,分析总结出庆阳市H型高血压的分布特点及流行趋势。结果:庆阳市H型高血压发病率为76.69%,略高于国内统计数据[1]。发病人群主要分布在40岁至79岁年龄段;饮食、生活习惯致H型高血压发病率高;本病知晓率及服药控制达标率偏低。Objective： to summarize the characteristics of H hypertension incidence in Qingyang city. Methods： from June 2012 to December 2012, in Qingyang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qingyang People＇s Hospital, Xifeng District People＇s Hospital, a random sample of 1683 selected as re- search object,of which 472 cases are of primary hypertension,362 H high blood pressure. Data statistics has been done from aspects of age, gender, educational level, body weight, eating habits, genetic factors, physical exercise awareness, control success rate and TCM constitution, classification, identification. A distribution characteristic of hypertension and popular trend in Qingyang City is worked out. Results ： the incidence rate of H-type hypertension in Qingyang City was 76.69%, slightly higher than domestic statis- tical datatl）. The incidence of the disease was mainly distributed from 40 to 79; the high incidence is caused by diet and living habits;the awareness rate of the disease and the rate of drug control is low.
