摘 要:为了实现可军民两用的微波中频信号源的设计,以AD9914为核心,配合射频电路、锁相环电路等外围硬件,通过计算机串口控制中频信号源,通过单片机接收控制指令并将指令译码后送到FPGA,产生相应的控制时序和对应的控制字,通过SPI总线送到核心芯片AD9914,以产生相应频点的各类调频信号。该信号源瞬时工作带宽可超过1000MHz,在电子信息产业领域应用前景广阔,市场潜力巨大^([1])。In order to realize the design of use microwave intermediate frequency(IF) signal source. AD9914 as core , with the radio frequency(RF) circuit , phase locked-loop circuit and other peripheral hardware is used in this design. In order to produce controlling time - series and control word, IF signal source is controlled through the computer serial port , and control in- structions are received ,decoded and sent to FPGA. then the control time-series and control word are sent to the core chip AD9914 through SPI bus. Various types of frequency modulation( FM ) signal of the corresponding frequency point are produced finally. The instantaneous working bandwidth of the signal source, which could be more than 1000MHZ, would have a huge market with big potential and wide prospect in the electronic information area.
