摘　　要：针对目前中小企业IT资源使用过程中利用率低,同时对资源需求不断增长的现状,在对云计算在该类型企业中应用的特点与需求进行了充分分析之后,设计和优化了基于Open Stack开源云计算平台的企业私有云系统,同时为降低企业私有云的运维难度,在该私有云平台基础上采用OpenStack4j API设计和开发了企业私有云管理系统,从而进一步提高了企业对私有云管理的效率,并降低了运维难度,在企业应用中得到了良好的效果。According to the low utilization situation of IT resources of using process in small and medium-sized enterprise while demand for the resources increased, after analyzing the characteristics and needs of the application of cloud computing on the enterprises, The enterprises private cloud is designed and optimized based on the OpenStack cloud computing platform, and the en- terprise private cloud management system is designed and developed based on OpenStack4j API, so as to further improve the man- agement efficiency of the enterprise private cloud ,get the effect of application in enterprises.
