摘　　要：随着电子信息技术的发展,智能手机和掌上电脑逐渐替代了老式手机和台式电脑的地位。由于Andriod等移动设备操作系统的成功开发和广泛应用,移动教育应运而生,并且和传统课堂教学、网络教学构成现代三种教育模式。因此,本文首先简要介绍了Android系统,再对基于Android系统的思政移动教育系统展开分析和设计,希望通过该系统来推动思政移动教育的发展,具有一定的参考价值和现实意义。With the development of electronic information technology,smart phones and handheld computers have replaced the status of old mobile phones and desktop computers. Due to the successful development and wide application of the Andriod and other mobile devices operating system, mobile education came into being, and the traditional classroom teaching and network teaching constitute the three educational models. Therefore,this paper briefly introduces the Android system, and the design and analysis of the ideological and Political Education launched mobile system based on Android system, hope to promote the development of Ideological and political education to move through the system,has a certain reference value and practical significance.
