应用技术型高校管理人员应然素质能力提升的有效路径

摘　　要：加快发展现代职业教育,引导一批地方本科院校向应用技术型高校转型发展,是国务院建设现代教育体系的战略部署,更是地方高校融入地方经济社会发展,求得自身可持续发展的必由之路。当前应用技术型高校管理人员素质有待提升,在思想认识水平、业务素质、能力素质、作风素质等方面均达不到学校转型发展的要求。可通过创新管理机制体制、加大对管理人员的培养力度、加强管理文化建设和加强党风廉政建设等路径,全面提高应用技术型院校管理人员的应然素质能力。To accelerate the development of modern vocational education, and to guide a number of local colleges to transform to application oriented universities are the strategic deployment of modern education system construction under the State Council, which is also the inevitable course for the local colleges and universities integrating into the local economic and social development and pursuing their sustainable development. Therefore, it is necessary to explore system and mechanism of innovation management, and strengthen the cultivating of management personnel, the cultivation of management culture and the construction of honest administration, so as to comprehensively improve the quality and ability of management personnel of application oriented universities.
