摘 要:针对弹载SAR波导断裂故障,从传力路径分析入手排查故障原因。通过故障机理分析寻求解决方案,并通过环境适应性力学仿真验证改进措施的有效性。分析结果表明,采用90°E弯软波导代替硬波导实现变形协调,断开硬波导之间的传力路径,波导组件内部应力降低为原来的1/3左右;软波导的弯曲刚度远低于拉伸刚度,采用弯角软波导比直线软波导更有利于变形协调。Based on faults of waveguide breaking of missile-borne SAR,the failure causes are found through the analysis of load path.The solution scheme are found through the analysis of fault mechanism,the improvement measures are evaluated valid through the mechanics simulation of environmental adaptability.The results show that: The deformation compatibility is achieved through replacing rigid waveguide to flexible waveguide.The stress of waveguide is one-third times as much as primary project through breaking load path of rigid waveguide.Because the tension stiffness of flexible waveguide is far less than bending stiffness,the bending angle flexible waveguide is advantaged to deformation compatibility than line waveguide.
