摘　　要：目的观察深低温冷藏自体颅骨再植的临床效果。方法收取我院40例颅骨缺损患者,收取时间为2014年8月到2016年8月期间,对40例患者实施深低温冷藏自体颅骨再植,观察其临床效果。结果 40例颅骨缺损患者治疗后,切口处均一期愈合,无积液、感染情况发生,随访1至5年后,患者未出现骨吸收现象,凡是骨窗缘和骨瓣密切吻合之处,其骨性愈合形成。结论深低温冷藏自体颅骨再植对颅骨缺损患者具有显著的临床效果,该方式是一种较好的修补颅骨缺损方式。Objective to observe clinical effect of deep frozen autogenous skull replantation. Methods collect 40 patients with skull defect in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016, treate them with deep frozen autogenous skull replantation, and observe their clinical effects. Results after treatment,40 cases skull defect patients showed healed incision on the first stage with no effusion and infection. Wtih 1 to 5 years of follow-up, there was no bone resorption phenomenon, bony union occurred at anastomosis between bony window edge and bone flap. Conclusion deep frozen autogenous skull replantation has significant clinical effect for patients with skull defect, which is a good method for skull defect repairation.
