摘　　要：颈椎病已趋年轻化,并伴有胸痛等心绞痛的发作,临床易误诊为心血管疾病,经积极治疗颈椎病后胸痛、心律失常、血压异常等随之缓解。故我们在临床诊断胸痛等伴有头疼、头晕症状时,首先要明确引起心血管疾病的上游因素,以免临床误诊。cervical spondylosis has become younger, and accompanied by chest pain, angina pectoris attack, clinical easy to be misdiagnosed as cardiovascular disease, after active treatment of cervical spondylosis chest pain, arrhythmia, blood pressure abnormalities and so on. Therefore, we in the clinical diagnosis of chest pain and other symptoms, such as headache, dizziness, first of all to clear the upper reaches of cardiovascular disease factors, so as to avoid clinical misdiagnosis.
