摘　　要：《敦煌汉简》与《居延汉简》中记载的病书、病历、举书、病卒簿籍、吏病书卷、医生、医疗机构、巡病出诊、药物供给、免费医疗、日作簿、死亡登记等,反映了两汉时期西北敦煌、居延边塞屯戍队伍中执行的一整套医务保障制度。There have been recorded disease books,medical history,Jushu,death records,disease records of government officers,doctors,medical institutions,visting patients at home,drug delivery,free treatment,daily record books and death register in Dunhuang Han-slip and Juyan Han-slip. These reflect a set of medical security system in the soldiers of western Dun huang and Junyan area during the period of two Han Dynasties.
