Introduction on JI Wei-ping's Clinical Experience and Differential Diagnosis Treatment to Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer

摘　　要：季伟苹结合古籍理论及临床经验,提出口疮的发生与火邪及脏腑功能亏虚相关,擅于辨证治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡,主要分为五个证型,阴虚火旺型、心脾积热型、脾虚湿盛型、肝郁火旺型及痰湿内蕴型,分别有对应的古方施治;在治疗中还注重滋阴健脾疗法;挖掘出三味经验用药:天龙、龙葵、白花蛇舌草。Combining classics theories and clinical experience,Dr. JI Wei-ping put forward that the onset of aphtha is related with pathogenic fire factor and zang-fu organ functions. By his differential diagnosis of recurrent aphthous ulcer,it could be divided into five patterns of syndrome： yin diffciency with fire hyperactivity,heat accumulation of heart and spleen,spleen deficiency with exuberant dampness,liver qi stagnation with fire hyperactivity,inner dampness stasis. There are corresponding TCM treatments to these patterns. Dr.JI emphasizes on the method of nourishing yin with reinforcing spleen. And he has found out three clinical effective TCM herbs： Tianlong（ Scolopendra subspinipes mutilans L. Koch）,Longkui（ Solanum nigrum L.）,Baihuasheshecao（ Hedyotis diffusa Willd）.
