穷圣经之余绪,溃圣教之藩篱--余含棻《保赤存真》评述

摘　　要：清代医家余含棻,是一位心怀家国天下的典型儒医。其著作《保赤存真》是在《幼幼集成》基础上,集历代儿科经验之大成所撰而成。其书文风高华,逐层分注,逐症详明,既有历代儿科观点精粹,又能阐发自家见解,使"不知医者翻阅即可立方",是一部实用性很强的儿科专著。该书的学术观点,主要有以下几点:1、小儿诊断,脉诊手纹,相辅相成;2、小儿护养,调理后天,扶正祛邪;3、小儿疾病,因体施治,调摄阴阳;4、小儿惊风,伤寒论治,肝脾并治。Yu Han-fen,as a medicine scholar in the Qing Dynasty,was a typical Chinese Confucianism doctor who bearing his people in his heart. Based on the book You You Ji Cheng,his Bao Chi Cun Zhen had collected the essences of ancient pediatric experiences. The writing style was elegant,with multi-level explanation,and extensive discussions on every symptom. His book not only included the essences of ancient pediatric experiences,but also it had covered his own opinions. Anyone who has no idea of medicine can easily find the treatment method by reading it simply. After all,it was a highly practical book in pediatrics. The main viewpoints of this book can be summarized as following： 1. Combining the pulse and handprint in pediatric diagnosis; 2. Regulating spleen-stomach,strengthening the body; Eliminating the pathogenic factors during the nursing; 3. Adaptation to the baby’ s personal condition and harmonizing the body’ s balances（ i. e. the Yin-yang）; 4. Treating febrile diseases with Treatise,treating pediatric convulsion by the liver-spleen theory.
