摘  要:以某型防爆电机机座为研究对象,运用ANSYS Workbench对其进行有限元模态分析,得到了机座的固有频率和振型特征,有利于对机座进行动态特性分析;同时对机座进行实验模态分析,两种方法得到的结果数据相吻合,验证了有限元模型及分析的可靠性,为电机其他零部件设计分析提供了方法。With a frame of explosion - proof motor as object of research, finite element modal analysis was proceeded by using ANSYS Workbench, and the natural frequencies and vibration characteristics were obtained which were useful to dynamic characteristics analysis of frame, meantime the experimental modal of stator frame was proceeded, the result data obtained by the two methods were approximative, showed that the dependability of finite element modal and analysis, the method is useful to design and analysis of other motor parts.
