摘　　要：麝香酮（3-甲基环十五烷酮）是麝香的主要活性成份,具有抗痴呆、抗脑缺血、抗炎等多种药理作用.本研究概述了麝香酮对脑部疾病的主要药理作用,为麝香酮的进一步研究和开发利用提供参考.Musk ketone（3-methyl cyclopentadecanolide） is the main active ingredient of the artificial musk,it has multiple pharmacological effects,including anti-dementia,cerebral ischemia,anti-inflammatory effects and so on.This article outlines the main pharmacological effects of musk ketone on brain diseases in the recent years, aim to further research, investigation and utilization deeply of it.
