夏热冬冷地区某公共建筑能效标识案例分析

摘　　要：建筑能效标识制度作为我国建筑节能领域的重要举措,既能引导建筑节能,又能缓解能源短缺与社会经济发展矛盾。论文以JGJ/T 288-2012《建筑能效标识技术标准》为依据,对夏热冬冷地区某公共建筑开展能效标识评价,完成其基础项测算,规定项判定及选择项评价后,给出了该工程的建筑能效标识等级,为公共建筑能效标识工作的开展提供参考与指导。As the important measures in building energy efficiency field, building energy performance label system can not only guide the building energy efficiency, but also ease the contradiction between energy shortage and economic development. Based on Building Energy Performance Labeling Standard, the energy efficiency labels of a public building in hot-summer and cold-winter areas were mainly evaluated. The star level of the building energy efficiency was obtained after completed the basic item, the provision item and the optional item. The study showed certain reference value of public building energy efficiency label.
