摘 要:从基材外观轮廓出发,以车身外板常用的热镀锌BH钢板为例,通过网格测试和CAE模拟的方法,研究分析典型车身外覆盖件外观关注区域的变形量特征。利用实验室变形模拟装备对热镀锌BH钢板材料进行特征变形量下均匀变形试验,跟踪测试外观轮廓典型参数(粗糙度Ra、峰值数Pc、波纹度Wca)在冲压变形过程中的变化趋势。研究发现,Ra值在车身典型变形量范围(3%~8%)内呈"V"形变化,且8%变形表面Ra未超过原板测试值;Pc值,原板较低(Pc值60左右)时变形后略有增加,较高时(Pc值120左右)变形后略有下降或保持不变;Wca在车身典型变形量范围进行变形时呈现明显增长趋势。Grid test and CAE simulation were used to analyze the typical deformation of a ear body outer cover. Based on the analysis of the deformation in the concern area of the coating appearance,3% ,5% , 8% deformation as the research point were selected. And then deformation simulation experiment platform was used to make sample under typical deformation. The steel plate is hot dip galvanized BH steel sheet. A research on the change tendency of surface profile (Ra,Pc, Wca) of the steel plate in different typical deformation was made that Ra value in the ear body typical deformation range (3% -8% ) was a trend of decreasing first and then inereasing,Ra value of the 8% deformation was not more than the original plate test value. When Pc value of the original plate was lower( about 60) ,it presented a slightly increasing trend in the process of deformation(3% -8% ). And when Pc value of the original plate was higher (about 120) ,it did not show increasing trend in the process of deformation (3% - 8% ). The waviness (Wca) in the ear body typical deformation range (3% -8% ) was shown a significant growth trend.
