摘  要:总结并推导了热连轧机支承辊的主要辊型公式,并通过辊系受力有限元计算,对比分析了不同支承辊辊端倒角曲线和倒角参数对辊间接触应力轴向分布的影响;在此基础上,综合考虑热连轧机的设备参数、工艺参数等条件,以提高辊间压力轴向分布均匀性、弯辊力调控效果和出口板形质量为优化目标,开发了支承辊辊型优化计算程序。针对某热连轧机支承辊在实际生产中存在的问题,计算得到两种优化的支承辊辊型曲线;对比优化辊型支承辊上机使用前后各1年的数据,新辊型支承辊下机辊面状态明显改善,辊型保持率提高,边部硬化程度减弱,从而进一步优化了支承辊的受力和磨损状态,提高了支承辊的使用安全性。Main backup roll shape formulas were summarized and derived, and the effects of different edge chamfer curves and parameters on the contact stress axial distribution between work roll and backup roll were analyzed by FEM calculation. On this basis, with the optimization target to improve the uniformity of contact pressure axial distribution, control effect of the roll bending force and shape quality of the rolled strip, calculation program of the backup roll shape optimization was developed by synthetically considering the equipment and process parameters of hot strip mills. Aiming at the practical production problems of backup rolls in one hot strip mills, two optimized backup roll shape curves were obtained by optimization calculation. By comparison of the data one year before and one year after the optimized shape backup rolls were put into production, the surface states of the offline new shape backup roils were improved obviously, the retention rates of the roll shape were enhanced, the degrees of hardening were decreased on the edge of the roll surface, so the stress and wear states of backup roils were further optimized and the security of backup rolls were improved accordingly.
