摘 要:目的制定妇科止血灵中五味子醇甲的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定妇科止血灵中五味子醇甲的含量。色谱柱为Agilent C_(18)(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为250 nm,柱温为25℃;并对线性关系、精密度、稳定性、重复性等进行方法学考察。结果五味子醇甲在5.843~52.587μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=2.453 9X+3.076 4,r=0.999 9;本品的平均回收率为102.02%,RSD为1.3%;五味子醇甲平均含量为59.40μg/g。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好、精密度高,可作为妇科止血灵中五味子醇甲的定量测定方法。Objective To establish content test methods for schisandrin in Fuke Zhixueling. Methods Con- tent of schisandrin in Fuke Zhixueling was determined by HPLC. The samples were separated on the column of Agi- lent C18(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),which moving phase was methanol and water (65 : 35). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detected wave-length was at 250 nm. The column temperature was at 25 ℃. Methodology vali- dation was used to test linearity, precision, stability, repeatability. Results The regression equation of schisandrin was Y=2.453 9X+3. 076 4, r = 0.999 9, showing a good linearity in the range of 5. 843 to 52. 587 μg/mL. The average recovery rate was 102.02% and RSD was 1.3%. The average content of schisandrin was 59.40 μg/g. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and with good reproducibility, high accuracy, which can be used to quantitatively determine the schisandrin in Fuke Zhixueling.
