老年耳鼻喉手术患者术前心理护理干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析术前心理护理干预对于老年耳鼻喉手术患者的效果。方法选择我院在2016年7月至9月期间收治的80例老年耳鼻喉手术患者为研究对象,随即分成对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在次基础上进行手术前的心理护理干预,比较两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和满意度。结果观察组手术前后的SAS和SDS评分显著低于对照组,提高了满意度。结论术前心理护理干预对于老年耳鼻喉患者具有良好的效果,值得进行临床推广。Objective to analyze effect of preoperative psychological nursing intervention of elderly patients with ENT surgery.Methods choose 80 cases elderly patients with ENT surgery in our hospital from July 2016 to September 2016 as study objects,and radmonly divided them into control and observation group,40 cases in each.Control group was treated with routine nursing care,and observation group with preoperative psychological nursing intervention based on nursing of control group,and compare Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）,Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS） and satisfaction degree of two groups.Results SAS and SDS scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group before and after surgery,and satisfaction degree was increased.Conclusion preoperative psychological nursing intervention has good effect for elderly patients with ENT diseases,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
