中药调剂中存在问题的分析及管理方法探讨

摘　　要：目的谈论中药调剂中可能出现的问题以及实行的管理措施。方法 2015年1月,我院对中药调剂方面出现的问题实行管理措施,选取实行管理措施前的实施中药调剂的病人100例,作为实施前组;选取实施管理措施后的中药调剂的病人100例,作为实施后组。服用中药调剂医治后两周,对两组病人出现的问题实行比较。结果实施后组共有5例病人实行中药调剂后出现问题,实施前组共有35例病人实行中药调剂后出现问题,实施后组的出现问题率小于实施前组,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于中药调剂中出现的问题实行管理措施可以有效较少病人问题出现的机率,较少病人由于出现问题造成的痛苦,具有重要的临床意义。Objective to discuss possible problems in traditional Chinese medicine dispensing and management measures.Methods in January 2015,our hospital implemented management measures for existing problems of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing,and chose 100 cases with traditional Chinese medicine dispensing before implementing management measures,as group before implementation,chose another 100 cases with traditional Chinese medicine dispensing after implementing management measures,as group after implementation Two weeks after traditional Chinese medicine dispensing treatment,compare problems of two groups.Results 5 patients had problems after traditional Chinese medicine dispensing treatment in group before implementation,and 35 patients has problems in group before implementation,problem incidence of group after implementation was less than group before implementation,difference showed statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion management measures implementation can effectively reduce problems occurrence probability of patients with traditional Chinese medicine dispensing treatment,and reduce patient＇ s suffering caused by problems,which has important clinical significance.
