摘  要:【目的】优选蟾皮提取物固体脂质纳米粒的制备工艺。【方法】采用探头超声法制备蟾皮提取物固体脂质纳米粒,以单因素考察和均匀设计筛选处方及工艺,并考察其包封率和载药量。【结果】最佳工艺:ATO 100 mg、大豆卵磷脂300 mg、药物300mg加入到5%P188 42 ml,0.5%TWeen-80 8 ml乳化150 min。【结论】该工艺适合蟾皮提取物固体脂质纳米粒的制备。[Objective] To optimize the technique for preparing solid lipid manoparticles (SLN) in toad skin extract. [Methods] [Methods] The SLN in toad skin were prepared via ultrasonic probe. The formula and technology were optimized by single factor design and uniform design. Encapsulation efficiency and loading capacity were determined. [ Results ] [Results] The optimized technology was that ATO 100 mg, soy lecithin, 300 mg and drug 300 mg were added to 5% P188 42 ml and 0.5% Tween-80 8 ml, and emulsified for 150 min. [Conclusion]The technology for preparing SLN in toad skin extract SLN is feasible.
