摘 要:为提高聚(3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩)/聚对苯乙烯磺酸(PEDOT/PSS)水分散液的稳定性和电导率,研究了聚合时的搅拌速率和掺杂剂PSS用量对PEDOT/PSS水分散液导电性能和稳定性的影响,发现最佳搅拌速率为720 r/min,PSS的最佳含量为PSS与EDOT的质量比为3∶1.同时,研究了聚乙二醇200(PEG 200)、PEG 400、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、乙二醇(EG)和山梨醇作为二次掺杂剂对PEDOT/PSS水分散液电导率的影响.结果表明,添加一定量的二次掺杂剂均可以提高PEDOT/PSS水分散液的电导率,其中山梨醇的效果最好,当添加质量分数为9%的山梨醇时,PEDOT/PSS的薄膜电导率从0.45 S/cm增加到51.26 S/cm,这主要是因为山梨醇的加入使得PEDOT主链由苯式结构转变为醌式结构,更有利于载流子的迁移.In order to improve the conductivity and stability of poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) / polystyrene sulfonic acid (PEDOT/PSS) aqueous dispersion, the influence of stirring ratein poly- merization and the amount of dopant, PSS, on the conductivity and stability of (PEDOT)/PSS a- queous dispersion has been investigated. The results show that the optimal stirring rate is 720r/min and the optimal mass ratio of PSS to EDOT is 3: 1. In addition, the influence of using polyethylene glycols (PEG200, PEG400), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), ethylene glycol (EG) and sorbitol as second dopants on the conductivity of PEDOT/PSS aqueous dispersion were also investigated. It was found that addition of a certain amount of those second dopants could also improve the conductivity of PEDOT/PSS aqueous dispersion. The best result was observed for sorbitol. Upon Addition of 9% sorbitol, the film conductivity of PEDOT/PSS increases from 0.45 S/cm to 51.26 S/cm, which can mainly be attributed to that the addition of sorbitol changes the backbone of PEDOT from benzene structure into quinoid structure, which facilitates the migration of carriers.
