摘 要:以聚己二酸丁二醇酯2000、聚乙二醇以及改性蓖麻油作为混合软段制备了一系列温度感应性聚氨酯,分别采用傅里叶红外光谱、扫描电镜、差示扫描量热仪以及宽角X衍射等对其化学结构、微观结构、热性能及结晶性进行研究,并将制备聚氨酯用于织物整理,通过测定整理织物的透湿率和耐静水压考察其防水透湿性.结果表明:所制备的系列聚氨酯热熔融温度在35~40℃,其整理织物的透湿率在此温度范围附近有明显突跃;X宽角衍射结果显示,所制备的聚氨酯在19°,25°和21.5°出现软段PEG2000和PBA2000的结晶峰;SEM照片显示,所制备的聚氨酯形成一致密无孔薄膜,硬相分布在软相中,织物经涂层后在表面形成一层聚氨酯膜;整理织物的透湿率随聚氨酯组分中聚乙二醇相对分子质量和PEG2000含量增加逐渐增大,随硬段含量增加逐渐降低.In this paper, a series of temperature sensitive polyurethanes were synthesized with, poly (butylene adipate) glycol 2 000, polyethylene glycol (PEG) and modified castor oil as mixing soft segments. The chemical structure, micro structure, thermal properties and crystalline propeties were characterized by FT-IR, SEM, DSC and wide-angle X-ray diffraction analysis respectively. The pol- yurethanes were used on textile finishing then and the coated textile' s water proof and moisture permeability were studied by testing the moisture permeability and hydrostatic inspects of the treated fabrics. It was found that the thermal melting temperature of prepared polyurethanes were at 35 ℃ 40 ℃ , and the coated fabrics' water vapor permeability increased sharply at this temperature zone. X wide angle diffraction results show that the polyurethanes presented crystallization peak at 19 °, 25 ° and 21.5° ,which belongs to PEG2000 and PBA2000 respectively. SEM photos showed that the polyurethane film was a dense non-porous membrane, and the hard phase distributed in soft phase, there was a unlevel PU film covered on the surface of coated fabrics. The moisture permeability of coated fabrics increased with the increase of poly ( ethylene glycol) molecular weight and PEG2000 content, decreased with the increase of hard segment content.
