摘 要:研究了添加造纸常用涂布颜料(二氧化硅、瓷土、研磨碳酸钙和锻烧高岭土)对热升华转印纸羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)涂层表面的影响,并探讨了添加不同颜料的热升华转印纸张涂层与打印性能(墨水干燥吸收速率、打印精度、图像转移率)之间的相互关系。结果表明,添加颜料明显增加热升华墨水的干燥吸收速率:添加二氧化硅,墨水的干燥性能提高3倍以上;添加研磨碳酸钙和锻烧高岭土,墨水的干燥吸收性能提高2倍。添加颜料降低涂层打印精度:瓷土的打印精度最佳,其次为锻烧高岭土、二氧化硅,研磨碳酸钙的打印精度最差。添加颜料降低涂层的图像转移率:研磨碳酸钙对涂层图像转移率的影响最小,转移率仅降低4.17%;锻烧高岭土对涂层图像转移率的影响最大,转移率下降10.08%。Sublimation transfer coating layer was modified with pigments ( silica, clay, grinding calcium carbonate (GCC) and calcined kaolin) which are commonly used in papermaking industry. And the relationship between the CMC coating layer modified with pigment and the printing performance ( ink drying rate, printing resolution and im- age transfer rate) was further discussed. The results showed that the addition of pigments accelerated the ink drying significantly, the ink drying rate of silica modified coating layer is the fastest ; the addition of pigments decreased the printing resolution of CMC coating layer, the printing resolution of clay/CMC coating layer is the highest, while that of GCC/CMC coating layer is the lowest; the addition of pigment reduced the image transfer rate of CMC coating layer,the effect of GCC on the transfer rate of CMC coating layer was the least, while the effect of calcined kaolin on that of CMC coating layer was the most significant.
