摘 要:本文先在不同的白水中培养黑曲霉,筛选出产酶活力高的黑曲霉,将其投入不同机械浆的白水,培养三天,检测白水性质的变化。实验结果表明:黑曲霉在碱性过氧化氢机械浆(APMP)白水和漂白热磨化学机械浆(BCTMP)白水中培养24-48小时,果胶酶、木聚糖酶和纤维素酶活力分别达到1219.3IU/m L、1218.4 IU/m L、253.2IU/m L和1080.1 IU/m L、1166.9 IU/m L、188.8 IU/m L。经黑曲霉处理后,不同机械浆循环白水的化学需氧量(COD)和阳离子需求量(CD)均有所下降,黑曲霉处理BCTMP白水效果最明显。黑曲霉处理后BCTMP白水的COD和CD分别降低了41.7%和58.3%,白水上清液(DCS)的COD和CD分别降低了46.6%和59.4%。Aspergillus niger was cultured in different white water. The Aspergillus niger with high activity of enzyme activity was screened and put into the white water of different mechanical pulps. Finally the properties of the white water were determined after three days. The experimental results showed that the activities of pectinase, xylanase, celluase achieved were 1219.3IU/mL, 1218. g IU/mL, 253.2IU/mL and 1080. 1 IU/mL, 1166.9 IU/mL, 188.8 IU/mL for 24 - 48h in the APMP and BCTMP white water, respectively. Treated by Aspergillus niger, the COD and CD of three different mechanical pulps white water were all reduced. The COD and CD of BCTMP white water re- duced 41.7% and 58.3% ,respectively. The COD and CD of DCS water reduced 46.6% and 59.4% ,respectively.
