区域经济发展失范的经济法规制研究

摘　　要：区域经济合作与协调发展已成为我国社会经济发展的一大特色。然而,区域性限制竞争、公共产品有效供给不足及宏观调控性缺失等导致了区域经济发展的失范。作为保障与规范"国家调节"的经济法与规制区域经济发展失范之间存有内在的"契合性"。未来经济法规制区域经济发展失范的路径可以从完善反垄断法以消除区域性限制竞争行为、完善宏观调控法以克服区域经济协调发展中的宏观调控性不足及健全国家投资经营法以促进区域性公共产品的有效供给等几方面着手。Regional economic cooperation and coordination has become a feature of social and economic development in our country.However,regional restrictive competition,insufficient supply of public goods,and inadequate macroeconomic control has caused disordered regional economic development.There is an inner agreement between the economic law and regulation and the disordered regional economic development.In the future,the ways in which economic law regulates the disordered regional economic development should cover such aspects as improving the antimonopoly law to eliminate the regional protectionism,improving the macro-control regulation to overcome the inadequate macroeconomic control in regional economic development,and improving the state investment management regulation to promote effective supply of regional public goods,and so on.
