摘　　要：1病例资料患者,男,25岁,于2016年10月23日24∶00因与人发生不快,口服氯化钡5g,之后自感恶心呕吐,全身无力,24日5∶00,患者在家属护送下以＂误服氯化钡致恶心呕吐伴全身无力5h＂来我院急诊科救治。入院查体：神志清楚,查体合作,全身发凉,口唇轻度发绀,四肢肌张力减低,肱二头肌、Summary The clinical manifestations,laboratory data and treatment methods of one patient who were poin- soned with super high dose barium chloride in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Severe hypokalemia was the main clinical feature,and sodium thiosulfate played an important role in the treatment of barium chloride poi- soning. The key to the success is correcting the patient＇s hypokalemia and applying sodium thiosulifate.
