摘　　要：死亡人口信息综合管理平台的建立,可改变传统手工填报《居民死亡医学证明(推断)书》上报流程,全面实现死亡证报告电子化。该平台可实现各部门数据共享交换、相互查漏补缺、无纸化操作,有效地避免数据的延时及丢失,保证数据的完整性,简化流程、提高工作效率。死亡证电子模块植入到医院的HIS系统中,可实现死者信息的自动抓取,减少临床医师的工作量,有效的避免死亡证填写不清楚,并可实现死亡证明书的打印。民政部门可随时看到死者的信息报告,避免死亡证的伪造。The establishment of death population comprehensive management platform could change the traditional manual reporting process of death certificate, and comprehensive implement report of medical deathcertificate （inference） electronically. The platform could realize departments share and exchange data, mutual check omission, paperless operation, effectively avoid delay and loss of data, ensure the integrity of the data, simplify the process, and improve work efficiency. The electronic module of death certificate was embedded in the hospital HIS system, which can realize the information acquirementautomatic, reduce the work of clinicians, avoid filling out of death certificate is not clear, and print the death certificate. Civil affairs department may check the death informationanytime, avoid false death certificate.
