自拟五谷运脾消疳汤治疗小儿厌食证68例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟五谷运脾消疳汤治疗小儿厌食证的临床疗效及作用机制。方法将68例患儿应用五谷运脾消疳汤及随证加减用药,每日1剂,5 d为1个疗程,连服1~2个疗程,并辅以饮食、生活调护,观察疗效。结果 68例患者,临床治愈者48例(70.6%),显效12例(17.7%),有效6例(8.8%),无效2例(2.9%),总有效率达97.1%。结论小儿厌食证应用以五谷运脾消疳汤为基础方,临证增裁以健运脾胃、磨谷消积,并辅饮食、生活调护,临床疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To discuss the clinical therapeutic effects and effect mechanism on infantile anorexia treated with self-prepared wugu yunpi xiaogan decoction. Methods Sixty-eight children were treated with modified self-prepared wugu yunpi xiaogan decoction according to the symptoms,one dose a day,for 5 days as one session,continuously taking for 1 to 2 sessions. Additionally,the dietary and living nursing measures weres given. The therapeutic effects were observed. Results Of 68 cases,48 cases（ 70. 6%） were clinically cured,12 cases（ 17. 7%） remarkably effective,6 cases（ 8. 8%） effective and 2 cases（ 2. 9%） failed. The total effective rate was up to 97. 1%. Conclusion Wugu yunpi xiaogan decoction is taken as the basic formula in the treatment of infantile anorexia. It is modified according to clinical symptoms for strengthening the functions of the spleen and stomach,promoting digestion. Moreover,the dietary and living nursing measures are combined. The clinical therapeutic effects are significant and the therapy deserves to be promoted.
