梅州市水痘监测病例流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的了解梅州市水痘的流行病学特征,为水痘防控工作提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对2015年5月~2016年4月梅州市监测医院水痘疫情调查资料进行分析。结果 2015年5月~2016年4月梅州市7间监测医院累计报告水痘病例247例,其中梅州市人民医院报告222例(占89.88%)。发病率为5.69/10万,发病主要集中在0~9岁,占53.44%(132/247)。监测期间每月均有病例报告,病例就诊时间呈较明显的季节高发特点。门诊病例229例,占92.71%(229/247);其中皮肤科门诊144名,占58.30%(144/247)。报告病例中男性135例,女性112例,男女性别之比为1.21:1;职业以学生、散居儿童和托幼儿童为主。结论梅州市水痘呈明显的季节性高峰,学生和儿童为高危人群,加强适龄儿童疫苗接种工作是预防控制水痘疫情的重要措施。Objective To analyze the epidemiologieal characteristics of varicella inMeizhou city, provide the scientific basis for varicellacontrol and prevention Methods The descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the surveydata of varicella epidemic situationin the surveillance hospital of Meizhou city from May 2015 to April 2016. Results A total of 247 varicella cases were reported in 7 monitoring hospitalsofMeizhou city from May 2015 to April 2016 including 222 cases reportedfrom Meizhou City People＇s Hospital, accounting for 89.88%. The incidence was 5.56/100 000, mainly attacked 0~9 years, accounting for 53.44% （132/247）. There had cases reported in each month duringthe monitoringperiod, with high seasonal characteristics. The outpatient cases were 229, accounting for 92.71%, including dermatology clinic 144 cases, accounting for 58.30%. The male patients were 135 cases, female patients were 112 cases, male and female ratio was 1.21：1. The patients＇occupations were mainly students, scattered children and kindergarten children. Conclusion There has the seasonal epidemic peak ofvaricella in Meizhoucity, students and children are high-risk groups. The vaccination of school-age children should be strengthen, that is an important measure to controland prevent the epidemic of varicella.
