摘　　要：傅琪贻教授新著《日本统治时期台湾原住民抗日历史研究》(以下简称傅著)揭示日本殖民当局"理番政策"的实质是国家层级的武力讨伐,并剖析"内地观光"怀柔政策的欺骗性,重建北台湾地区泰雅族不可避免地遭受被屠杀乃至灭社命运的史实。傅著所述的血腥事实已足以证明:武力征讨、掠夺、威胁、欺骗、屠杀、灭社,就是所谓"日本统治时期全面而深入的理番政策"的真相。傅教授深刻反思日本军国主义的暴行,深切同情弱势族群泰雅族的悲惨命运,充分呈现了人类的良知与正义。Professor Fu Qigi＇s new book The Study of the Anti-Japanese History of the Taiwan Residents Aborigines in the Period of Japanese Occupation revealed that the essence of the Japanese colonial authorities ＂Policies for Governing Minorities＂ was ＂the military force punitive expedition＂ at the national level and analyzed that the deceptive nature of the ＂Mainland sightseeing＂ mollification policy, then brought the fact that the Atayal tribe in north Taiwan Region was inevitably slaughtered and even destroyed. The bloody fact revealed by Fu Qigi＇s new book is sufficient to prove that the military force punitive expedition, plundering, threatening, deceiving, massacre and genocide is the truth of the so-called ＂comprehensive and in-depth policies for governing minorities during the period of Japanese occupation＂. Prof. Fu profoundly reflect on the atrocities of Japanese militarism and deeply sympathizes with the tragic fate of the Atayal tribe, and fully presents the conscience and justice of mankind.
