补肾化痰汤结合针灸疗法治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾化痰汤结合针灸疗法治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征肾虚痰湿证的临床疗效。方法:将80例肾虚痰湿证肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例),治疗组采用补肾化痰汤结合针灸治疗,对照组则服用盐酸二甲双胍片(0.5g,tid),治疗3个月后观察两组患者黄体生成素(LH)、LH/FSH、睾酮(T)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、体重指数(BMI)、稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、超声卵巢大小的变化,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05>:两组治疗后T、LH/FSH、LH、HOMA-IR、BMI和V。均有显著改善(P<0.05),而治疗组T、LH/FSH、BMI改善程度显著优于对照组(P><0.05)。结论:补肾化痰汤结合针灸在治疗肥胖型PCOS过程中起到良好的协同作用,能够达到减重、调整胰岛素抵抗和女性生殖激素的效果,优于盐酸二甲双胍西药治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Phlegm-resolving plus Kidney-nonrishing Decoction in treatmerit of Endomorphy Type PCOS with kidney deficiency and phlegm-damp. Method： 80 enrolled patients were divided into control group and thempy group, randomized controlled, of which the therapy group was treated with phlegm - resolving plus kidney - nourishing decoction combined with acupuncture and the control group was administered with 0.Sg DMBG （Metformin）, po, rid, with the course of both treatments lasting 3 months. The changes of luteinizing hormone （LH）, LH/FSH, testosterone （T）, follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH）, body mass index （BMI）,homeostasis model of assessment for insulin resistance index （HOMA-IR）, ultrasound variation of ovary size before and aider treatment in both groups were observed, then the final statistic analysis was made and clinical efficacy of both groups were compared. Result： The overall effective rate in therapy group was higher than that in control group （p〈0.05）. T, LH/FSH, Lid, BMI and V0 after treatment in both groups were all significantly improved （p〈0.05）; the efficacy of reducing T, LH/FSH, BMT in therapy group was superior to that in control group （p〈0.05）. Conclusion： Phlegm - resolving plus kidney - nourishing decoction combined with acupuncture play a good synergistic effect during treating endomorphy type PCOS and is able to lose weight and adjust insulin resistance as well as female reproductive hormone, with the therapeutic effect better than that of administering DMBG.
