自体脂肪移植在面部抗衰老中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自体脂肪移植在面部抗衰老治疗中的安全性和有效性。方法自2015-2016年,对46例面部容积缺失或老化的求美者行自体脂肪颗粒移植术。术后4周,医师和求美者对临床效果进行评价。结果 28例求美者接受1次面部自体脂肪移植,18例接受2次面部自体脂肪移植;术后面部老化特征或面部轮廓获得明显改善;求美者和医师评价的总有效率分别为95.7%和97.8%;术后随访3~12个月,未发现注射针孔瘢痕、皮肤表面凹凸不平、局部结节和钙化等并发症发生。结论自体脂肪移植是一种安全、有效的面部抗衰老治疗方式。Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of autologous fat transplantation in facial anti-aging.Methods From Oct 2015 to Oct 2016,46 cases of facial aging were treated with autologous fat granule transplantation.The clinical effectiveness and side effects were evaluated by doctors and patients at 4 weeks postoperative.Results Autologous fat transplantation was conducted in all 46 patients.Among them,28 patients underwent a one-time operation and 18 patients underwent two surgeries.The total rate of effectiveness was 95.7% and 97.8%,respectively.All patients were followed up from 3 to 12 months postoperative.No injection pinhole scar,concavo-convex skin surface,local nodules,or calcification occurred.Conclusion Autologous fat transplantation is an effective and safe method of anti-aging treatment.
