摘  要:针对食品和生化检测中常见的荧光物质4—甲基伞形酮(4-MU)的检测问题,提出了一种基于荧光分析法的荧光物质快速检测方法,并以LED作为激发光源,设计了便携式高灵敏度的荧光物质快速检测系统,并给出电路实现。对系统与多功能酶标仪进行了对比标定和测试,结果表明:所设计的系统线性度为0.997,检测误差小于1.5%,响应时间小于0.5 s,这对于食品和生化荧光物质检测设备的开发,具有一定的参考意义。As a fluorescent substance,4-methylumbelliferone(4-MU)is widespread in food and biochemical tests.According to the detection of 4-MU,a fluorescent substance rapid detection method based on fluorescence analysis is proposed.LED as the excitation light source,a portable and high-sensitivity fluorescent substance rapid detection system is designed and realized.Comparison calibration and experiments are implemented between the system and multifunctional microplate reader.It is found that the linearity of the designed system is 0.997,and the detection error is less than 1.5 % and response time is less than 0.5 s.This research paves a reference for development of food and biochemical fluorescent substance tests device.
