摘  要:目的深入了解护士转岗消毒供应中心工作后内心真实感受,以期为制订针对性的干预措施提供参考。方法 2016年1-6月,采用目的抽样法,选择武汉大学中南医院由临床转岗到消毒供应中心的10名注册护士为研究对象,采用现象学研究方法对其进行半结构式访谈,现场录音,借助NVivo 8.0软件,根据Colaizzi的7步分析法对资料进行分析,提炼主题。结果临床护士转岗消毒供应中心工作后心理体验可归纳为5个主题,即工作机械化,产生失落感;工作环境封闭,易焦虑;工作量繁重,心理压力大;外出学习、培训机会少;个人价值感下降,影响工作积极性。结论临床护士转岗消毒供应中心后负性心理体验较多,护理管理者应深入了解转岗护士的工作感受,给予人性化管理,让其更好更快地适应工作。Objective To investigate the real psychological experiences in clinical nurses after job-transfer to central sterile supply department(CSSD),in order to provide reference for targeted intervention method. Methods By using purposive sampling method,10 nurses were seleted and had semi-structured interview with onsite record, and the data were analyzed using 7 steps analysis of Colaizzi method. Results Five themes were summarized.work mechanization with no technical content and had a sense of loss;working in a closed environment and easy to be anxious;heavy workload with high risk of psychological pressure;less opportunities of going out to study and train;lack sense of individual values,which reduced work enthusiasm.Conclusions Much negative psychological experiences arose in nurses after job-transfer to CSSD. Nursing managers should understand those psychological experiences, and use humanized management, which may he helpful to facilitate work adaptation in those nurses with negative psychological experiences.
