摘　　要：目的:探讨L形数字化内窥镜在隆乳术中的应用。方法:应用L形数字化内镜行内窥镜隆乳术30例。结果:30例患者全部使用L形数字化内窥镜行内窥镜隆乳术,手术时间为40~60min,术中出血量50~100ml,下床时间为3~7d。结论:应用L形数字化内窥镜隆乳术安全、可行,具有术中出血少,缩短手术时间等优点,是整形外科理想和必备的手术工具。Objective To explore the application of L in digital endoscope in mammoplasty augmentation. Methods Application of L digital endoscope in endoscopic mammoplasty augmentation surgery in 30 cases. Results All of the 30 patients with L type digital endoscopic endoscopic mammoplasty augmentation surgery time is 40-60min, intraoperative blood loss was 50-100ml, out of bed time is 3-7d. Conclusion Application of L digital endoscopic breast augmentation surgery is safe and feasible, has the advantages of less bleeding, shorter operation time, it is necessary and ideal orthopedic surgical tools.
