摘　　要：目的:探讨利用多个皮肤扩张器包绕式埋置修复颈胸部瘢痕畸形的临床效果。方法:本组28例患者,根据颈胸部瘢痕周围正常皮肤面积及形状,埋置不同容量的多个扩张器,共72枚,定期注水扩张,掌握好扩张速度,扩张期2~4个月,超量扩张不超过扩张器容量的2.2倍;当达到每8~10ml注水量对应1cm^2瘢痕的比例时停止注水,7~14d后行二期手术,纤维包膜适当处理后,扩张皮瓣交错转移修复瘢痕。结果:本组除1例因对扩张器过敏,改为其他术式,其余均完成二期手术,皮瓣血运良好,外观改善明显。结论:多个皮肤扩张器包绕式埋置修复颈胸部瘢痕畸形,在注重细节基础上,均可完成手术预期目的,疗效满意。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the multiple skin expanders wrapped to repair neck and chest scar deformity. Methods This group of 28 patients, according to the size and shape of normal skin around the neck and chest scar, embedded multiple expanders with different capacities. A total of 72 expanders, injected saline to expand regularly, expansion period 2-4 months, expansion in excess of about 2.2 times. When the capacity of each 8-10ml to remove 1cm2 scar, stop injecting saline. After 7-14d, the second stage operation being done. After the proper treatment of fibrous capsule, the expanded flaps were transferred to repair the scar. Results This group except for one case who was allergic to expander, changed to other operation, the rest were completed phase Ⅱ operation. The flaps had good blood supply and appearance were significantly improved. Conclusion The multiple skin expanders wrapped to repair neck and chest scar deformity, on the basis of attention to detail, could be expected to achieve the purpose of surgery, the treatment effect was satisfactory.
