一种复方口服美容液的抗衰老作用及毒理学实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探究一种中草药组方口服液的美容功效及其毒理学安全性。方法:采用D-半乳糖联合光照诱导裸鼠皮肤衰老模型,评价该组方对皮肤衰老的改善作用;通过小鼠经口亚急性毒性实验,连续喂食14d,对组方进行安全性评价。结果:本中草药组方口服液中、高剂量能有效增加皮肤透明质酸的含量,提高皮肤含水量,增加皮肤中胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的含量,对皮肤病理学有改善作用;经口亚急性毒性实验可见有腹泻和体重稍减轻现象,但未见明显毒性及死亡。结论:本中草药组方口服液有一定延缓裸鼠皮肤衰老的功效,且未见明显毒性。Objective To study the cosmetic efficacy and toxicological safety of a Chinese herbal compound oral liquid. Methods D-galactose combined with ultraviolet light to induced skin aging model to evaluate the effect of the prescription on skin aging;The mice were fed with 14 d for subacute oral toxicity test to evaluate the safety of sample liquid. Results The middle and high dosage of the Chinese herbal compound oral liquid can effectively increase the content of hyaluronic acid in the skin, increase the skin water content, increase the content of collagen and elastin in the skin, and protect the skin morphology. The diarrhea and weight loss were observed, but no obvious toxicity and death. Conclusion The Chinese herbal formula oral liquid can improve the water retention capacity of skin, enhance skin elasticity, reduce skin wrinkles, delay skin aging, no obvious acute toxicity.
