果酸联合中药面膜治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察果酸联合中药面膜治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮的临床疗效,以寻找高效的痤疮治疗方法。方法:将140例轻、中度寻常性痤疮患者随机分为三组,治疗组:48例,果酸联合中药面膜治疗;对照1组:46例,单纯果酸治疗;对照2组:46例,单纯使用中药面膜。12周后观察临床疗效,1个月后追踪复发情况。结果:治疗组有效率89.37%,对照1组有效率68.18%,对照2组有效率65.91%。1个月后,治疗组复发率6.38%,对照1组复发率18.18%,对照2组复发率22.73%,三组在治疗过程中及治疗后均未见严重不良反应。结论:果酸联合中药面膜治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮疗效显著,复发率低,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Alpha Hydroxy acid combined with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris. Methods One hundred and Forty patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris were randomly divided into three groups. Treatment group （48 cases） treated with Alpha Hydroxy acid combined with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask methods, the control group 1 （46 cases） treated only with Alpha Hydroxy acid and the control group 2 （46 cases） treated only with the traditional Chinese medicine facial mask. The clinical efficacy and safety were assessed 12 weeks after treatment. Meanwhile, recurrences were assessed one month later. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 89.37%, which was higher than those in the control group 1 and the control group 2 （68.18% and 65.91%）. The recurrence rate in the treatment group, the control group 1 and the control group 2 was respectively 6.38%, 18.18% and 22.73%. No serious adverse reactions were found in the three groups. Conclusion The Alpha Hydroxy acid combined with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask is more effective and less recurrence in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris. Moreover, it is worthy of wide clinical application.
