联合筋膜鞘悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂的并发症分析及护理对策

摘　　要：目的:总结联合筋膜鞘悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂的并发症及护理对策。方法:对河北省眼科医院眼整形科2016年1月至2016年8月收治的38例联合筋膜鞘悬吊术患者的并发症发生情况进行分析,并进行规范化、针对性护理措施。结果:38例患者术后出现上穹窿结膜脱垂9例10眼(26%),暴露性角膜炎1例1眼(2.6%),结膜下出血1例1眼(2.6%),欠矫2例2眼(5.2%),通过加强病情观察、对症护理、心理护理及健康指导,所有患者均顺利出院。结论:对患者全面的护理干预、健康教育及出院指导是减少并发症、保证疾病治疗效果及康复的重要因素。Objective To summarize the complications and nursing strategies of combined fascia sheath suspension in the treatment of severe ptosis. Methods To analyze the complications of 38 cases of combined fascial sheath suspension in the Department of plastic surgery of Hebei eye hospital from January 2016 to August 2016. Results 38 cases of patients with postoperative conjunctival fornix prolapse in 10 cases （26%）, exposure keratitis in 1 cases （2.6%）, Subconjunctival hemorrhage in 1 cases（2.6%）, 2 cases of undercorrection（5.2%）, through strengthen the observation and nursing care, psychological nursing, health guidance, all patients were discharged smoothly.Conclusion. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention, health education and discharge guidance are important factors to reduce complications, ensure the effectiveness of treatment and rehabilitation.
