摘  要:胶原蛋白(Collagen)是动物体内含量最丰富的一类三维结构高分子质量蛋白质。因其具有优异的生物相容性、生物降解性和较低的抗原性,已被广泛的应用于组织工程学中。然而随着疯牛病、口蹄疫、禽流感等人畜共患的传染性疾病在全球范围内肆虐,以及伊斯兰教等宗教信仰约束,陆生动物来源胶原蛋白的安全性备受质疑。国家食品药品监督管理局于2002年就已禁止从发生"疯牛病"的国家或地区进口和销售任何含有牛羊组织细胞(如骨、皮肤、粘膜、牙齿、肠衣、心膜、血清、胶原蛋白等)的医疗器械产品。陆生动物胶原蛋白的临床应用受到了较大限制。因此海洋胶原蛋白(Marine collagen)越来越受到研究者的重视,文章就基于海洋胶原蛋白的提取、特性及其应用的研究进展进行了回顾和阐述。近年来的研究显示,海洋胶原蛋白各类提取方法如酸法、酶法、碱法等都存在着诸多不足。目前一种更简便、高效的新方法,等电点提取法则有待进一步研究推广。研究结果同时也表明海洋胶原蛋白具有诸多优异的特性,在组织工程学中已可以替代陆生动物胶原蛋白,具有良好的应用前景。Collagen is the most abundant three-dimensional structural polymer protein in animal body. Because of its excellentbiocompatibility, biodegradability and low antigenicity, it has been widely used in tissue engineering. However, with BSE disease, foot-and-mouth disease, avian flu and other infectious diseases of human and animal epidemic in the world, as well as Islam and otherreligious constraints, the safety of terrestrial animal collagen is questioned. China Food and Drug Administration has banned all medi-cal device products which contain bovine and sheep tissue ( such as bone, skin, mucous membrane, teeth, casings, heart membrane,serum, collagen, etc. ) from any country or region where occurred BSE by 2002 . The clinical application of terrestrial animal collagenhas been greatly restricted. Therefore, marine collagen has been paid more and more attention by the researchers. This paper reviewsand expatiates on the research progress of marine collagen extraction, properties and application. In recent years, studies have shownthat there are many deficiencies in the marine collagen extraction methods, such as acid, enzyme, alkali and so on. At present, a newmethod is more convenient and efficient,the isoelectric point extraction law to be further studied and promoted. The results also showthat marine collagen has many excellent properties, and it can replace terrestrial collagen in tissue engineering, and has a good appli-cation prospect.
