摘　　要：伴随着"互联网+"战略的推进,网络逐渐成为党群互动的重要窗口,传统群众工作的思维与逻辑已难以适应新型党群关系的运作模式。为了更好地将党的群众路线落到实处,必须结合网络时代的新特点,从观念与能力的提升,沟通渠道的搭建、制度建设的加强、良好网络生态的构建四个方面来创新群众路线的实践路径,拓展群众路线的实施领域。With the promotion of the ＂Internet ＋ strategy, the network has gradually become an important window for the interaction between the Party and the masses, the traditional thinking and logic of the work of the masses has been difficult to adapt to the new model of the relationship between the Party and the masses. In order to further implement the mass line of the Party, ecological construction in four aspects of innovation of the mass line and the mass line of the implementation in the field of development must be based on the characteristics of the Internet age, on the idea and the ability to enhance communication channels to build and strengthen the system construction and practice path of good network.
