摘　　要：经济决定金融,金融反作用于经济。实体经济的持续健康快速发展,离不开金融业的鼎力支持,但资金空转、炒钱成风等金融过热现象使金融与实体经济相分离趋势日益显现,实体经济发展困难重重。因此,高度重视金融服务实体经济的功能发挥,避免脱实向虚,成为当前重要议题。Economy decides finance and finance reacts to economy. Sustained rapid and healthy development of the real economy cannot do without strong financial support, but the funds idling, speculation money atmosphere, financial overheating to finance and the real economy phase separation trend are increasingly apparent, difficulties in the development of real economy are on the rise. Therefore, attaching great importance to the function of the financial services to the real economy to avoid the reality of the virtual has become an important issue.
