摘　　要：文章从民航业发展现状入手,阐述民航业运价改革进程,分析我国民航业运价改革在市场调节机制下所面临的环境及问题,并提出相应的改善措施:放松民航定价管制,建立价格计算法则;完善民航业进入及退出市场机制,建立现代企业制度;打破民航产业垄断格局;提升民航运价制定的公开性及改善审查模式,加强对机票代理网点的监督管理等。This paper starts from the development status of the civil aviation industry, introduces the process of civil aviation industry tariff reform, analyzes the environment and problems in China＇s civil aviation industry tariff reform in the market regulation mechanism, and then it puts forward the corresponding improvement measures： loose civil aviation tariff regulation, establish a relaxed pricing calculation rules, improve the market mechanism of civil aviation industry, establish modem enterprise system, break the monopoly and promote the public review mode, strengthen the supervision and management of travel agency outlets.
